Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for booking with Grounded Intention. Your appointment time and studio space are reserved specifically for you. The following policies help protect that reservation and the preparation that goes into it. If you have any questions before booking, reach us at Info@groundedintention.com

All Private Offerings

24+ hours notice: Reschedule at no charge.
Less than 24 hours, including no-shows: Charged 100% of the session fee.
Arriving late to your session: Your session will end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next person’s session.

Classes & Workshops

Space is limited and prepared for in advance, so registrations are non-refundable once booked. You’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else by emailing us at Info@groundedintention.com before 24 hours notice.

Jessica is a movement educator and licensed clinical massage therapist. She studied Movement Science at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her work is informed by an early background in dance, along with somatic and nervous-system-informed practices. She has completed comprehensive training in Pilates and is currently continuing her studies in developmental movement through the Bridging Institute. Jessica supports clients seeking depth and clarity through work that encourages awareness, ease, and exploration.
