Movement sessions offer a personalized experience designed to support your goals, challenges, and your season of life. I blend somatic practices, Pilates, functional training, nervous system care, and self-myofascial release to help you notice the patterns that show up physically and emotionally, while providing a safe space for your nervous system to find integration and strength. These sessions explore what your body, mind, and nervous system need to feel supported, grounded, and more at home in your everyday life.

I created Grounded Intention because I believe movement can be a path back to yourself.

I spent years pushing for perfection in movement and life, ignoring the signals my body was sending me until I burned out. Slowing down taught me that true change happens when we learn to listen, not when we force ourselves to push harder. Now, I guide others in reconnecting with their bodies and themselves, blending movement, somatics, and nervous system practices to support healing and resilience from the inside out.
