Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for booking with Grounded Intention. Your appointment time and studio space are reserved specifically for you. To honor the preparation, room rentals, and limited capacity of our offerings, the following policies apply. Thank you for understanding that this policy supports the shared use of the healing space, valuing the time, preparation, and care that goes into each offering. Private Movement Sessions & Massage Therapy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, including no-shows, will be charged 100% of the session fee.

Classes & Workshops

Registrations cannot be canceled once booked. You may transfer your spot to another person with 24 hour advance notice.
